This is the product’s current operational data handling information, prepared 27 October 2026. The platform operator must supply its business identity, contact details and final commercial privacy terms before a public commercial launch.

Your workspace stays private

Individual accounts belong to organisations with role-based access. Uploaded originals and derivatives are private by default. Public pages require an explicit authorised publish action; private review links are bearer links with expiry and revocation. Anyone you give a review link to can access its approved selection until expiry or revocation.

Third-party processing

When enabled by a platform administrator, OpenAI processes selected input images, supplied plans, prompts and confirmed facts for editing, analysis, copy and video generation. ElevenLabs processes narration scripts using the connected voice. Stripe processes test payments and subscription details. SMTP services receive email addresses and transactional message content. Private S3-compatible storage receives uploaded and generated files when configured.

Australian English, AUD and an Australian storage region are defaults. An Australian storage region does not establish Australian-only AI processing. Provider region, data retention, training use and commercial terms must be checked for the actual connected accounts. No unverified training opt-out, residency, certification or compliance guarantee is made.

Originals and disclosures

The private original is retained separately from normalised public image derivatives, which remove metadata including location data. AI-created staging, visual concepts and digital edits require human review. Generated labels stay in relevant images, video captions, share pages and ZIP disclosure records. A supplied or illustrated floor plan is never treated as survey evidence.

Retention and deletion

Organisation owners can revoke share links and request property deletion. Active jobs must be resolved first. The operator runs the documented retention purge to delete private originals, derivatives, content and published dependencies consistently. Deletion requests and credit/billing audit history are retained for operational reconciliation; the operator must define its legally required financial retention period. Account deletion requires operator review where financial records or team ownership would be affected.

Credits and vouchers

Promotional grants are separate from purchased credits. The launch coupon ilikefreestuff initially grants A$50 of retail allowance once per verified user, converted through the configured app-credit price. Event history follows the verified user across organisations and linked identities. You see the actual allowance, eligible services and expiry before redemption. Generation reserves credits; delivered results settle once, known failures release reservations and uncertain provider outcomes remain reserved for reconciliation.
